Your participation in the VIP Nuts program shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- VIP Nuts program membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Nuts Poker.
- Nuts Poker reserves the right to terminate or amend VIP Nuts program membership and benefits at its sole discretion and at any time.
- Participation in the VIP Nuts program is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the program. Nuts Poker reserves the right to modify, add or delete these program rules at any time with or without notice, though Nuts Poker will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these general terms and conditions and the other VIP pages on a regular basis in order to determine if Nuts Poker has amended the provisions.
- Nuts Poker retains the sole right to interpret and apply the VIP Nuts program rules.
- Membership in the VIP Nuts program is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law.
- Only individuals are eligible for membership in the VIP Nuts program. Only the individual named in the registered Nuts Poker account may play under that account.
- Membership is offered at the discretion of Nuts Poker. Nuts Poker may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.
- Nuts Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way.
- Players who choose to buy into any land-based events through the VIP Nuts program, should that possibility become available, grant Nuts Poker the right to use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. These players further agree to help promote Nuts Poker and act as a Nuts Poker spokesperson during and after the events, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by Nuts Poker. Players must wear Nuts Poker logo gear during the durations of the events.
- Any abuse of the program or failure to follow program rules may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued Nuts Points.
- Nuts Poker's general Terms Of Use also apply to the VIP Nuts program.
- Decisions of Nuts Poker's staff and management about any aspect of the VIP Nuts program will be final.
Nutspoker will issue a monthly loyalty cash bonus to players, based on their VIP Nut Level over the previous three month period.
- The monthly loyalty cash bonus will be issued to players during the first week of the month. There are no restrictions on the use of this bonus.
- This bonus is only for players who do not receive any other form of loyalty bonus; if you're a big player contact us at support@nutspoker.com to arrange a personal deal.
- The listing of players' Nut Levels is according to the Nutspoker software's calculation at the beginning of each month. Manual upgrades during the course of the month are not considered for the purpose of this promotion.
- Only players who have attained Senior Nut, Serious Nut, Committed Nut or Complete Nut Level are eligible to receive a monthly loyalty cash bonus. Players whose VIP Nut Level has dropped to Junior Nut or Amateur Nut will not receive loyalty cash bonuses until they regain their Senior Nut, Serious Nut, Committed Nut or Complete Nut Level.
- Nuts Poker reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time. Any and all decisions regarding the implementation of this promotion made by the Nuts Poker Management are final.
