World Series of Poker 2010 No Limit Hold'em Side Events

♠ iPoker will run a super satellite promotion to two consecutive WSOP No-Limit Hold’em side events, in the Harrah’s Casino Las Vegas Nevada, On June 28th – July 4th, 2010.

♠ Total Package Value - $5,500.
♠ The package includes:
♠ $1,500 buy-in to a WSOP Side Event (Event #49).
♠ 3 days event, June 28th (starts at 12:00 PM) – June 30th, 2010.
♠ $1,000 buy-in to a WSOP Side Event (Event #54).
♠ 4 days event, July 1st (starts at 12:00 PM) – July 4th, 2010.
♠ $1,125 for 9 Nights’ accommodation at the Wynn Las Vegas, June 26th – July 5th, 2010.
♠ Check in: June 26th 2010.
♠ Check out: July 5th, 2010.
♠ $75 for registration fees.
♠ $1,800 for flights and spending.

♠ The first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.
♠ By playing or winning the WSOP Side Events super satellite you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Las Vegas (Nevada, U.S.A) in order to play at the WSOP Side Events (Event #49 and Event #54). This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
♠ The winning players will represent Nutspoker at the events.
♠ Entrants must be at least 21 years of age.

♠ Bi–weekly Super Satellites, Friday at 21:00, buy-in is $200+$15. (Once in two weeks).
♠ Minimum number of players in the super satellites is 20.
♠ Satellites will start on April 1st, 2010.
♠ Super Satellite will be held on the following dates: April 9th, April 23rd, May 7th, and May 27th, 2010.

12:25 stage 1.
♠ Ongoing Stage 3 “1 Hand” SNG Satellites, $0.6 + $0.06 (10 players), 1st place wins a
seat to the 09:25 stage 2.
♠ Stage 1 Satellite $20+2 Turbo R/A, 1 seat for every $215 collected, daily at 16:45
♠ Stage 2 Satellite $2+0.2 Turbo R/A, daily at 13:45, 1 seat for every $22 collected to the

♠ Stage 1 Satellite $10+1 Speed R/A, 1 seat for every $215 collected, Fridays at 20:00.
♠ Stage 2 satellite $1.5+$0.15 Speed R/A, 1 seat for every $11 collected, Fridays at 19:00.
♠ Ongoing Stage 3 “One Hand” SNG satellite, $0.33+$0.03 (5 players), 1st place wins a
seat to the 19:00 stage 2.

Nuts Poker Super Satellite Tournament Terms and Conditions

1. First prizes at Super Satellites are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
2. Any individual player can win only one seat at a Super Satellite and the corresponding mainland Main Event.
3. Participants in Super Satellites must be at least 18 years of age, unless specified differently.
4. Players are responsible to have a valid passport and all other documentation
   necessary to participate in mainland poker tournaments.
5. Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to participate in Super Satellite promotions.
6. A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a tournament
   will not be eligible for Super Satellite promotions.
7. The use of offensive language at the tournaments will disqualify
   a player from participating in Super Satellite promotions.
8. Any player found colluding during the course of a tournament will be
   disqualified and his account will be frozen.
9. Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another
   player to win during the course of a tournament will have his account frozen.
10. Any withdrawals made on any winnings at the tournaments are subject
    to Nuts Poker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
11. By qualifying for Super Satellite promotions, players agree that their
    real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
12. By entering the Super Satellite promotions, players agree that, should
    they win a mainland poker tournament seat, they will wear Nuts Poker
    apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) in accordance with the instructions
    of Nuts Poker management.
13. Nuts Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Super Satellite Package as a direct or
    indirect result of accepting the mainland poker tournament seat.
14. All decisions made by the Nuts Poker management are final.
15. Nuts Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in a player's jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report his/her winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Nuts Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in a player's jurisdiction.
16. Nuts Poker has the right to stop its promotions, or change their conditions at any time.
