♠ iPoker will run a super satellite promotion to the WSOP World Championship of Pot-Limit Omaha, in the Harrah’s Casino Las Vegas Nevada, On July 1st – July 3rd ,2010.

♠ Package Dates: June 29th – July 5th, 2010.
♠ Total Package Value - $13,000.
♠ The package includes:
♠ $10,000 buy-in to the WSOP PLO Championship (Event #55).
♠ 3 days event, July 1st (starts at 5:00 PM) – July 3rd , 2010.
♠ $750 for 6 Nights’ accommodation at the Wynn Las Vegas, June 29th – July 5th, 2010.
♠ $250 for registration fees.
♠ $2,000 for flights and spending.

♠ The first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.
♠ By playing or winning the WSOP PLO super satellite you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Las Vegas (Nevada, U.S.A) in order to play at the WSOP Main Event (Event #55). This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
♠ The winning players will represent Nutspoker at the event.
♠ Entrants must be at least 21 years of age.

♠ Bi–weekly Super satellites, Fridays at 21:00, Buy-in is $500 + $35. (Once in two weeks).

♠ Stage 2 Satellite $8+0.8 Turbo R/A, daily at 09:25, 1 seat for every $66 collected to the 12:25 stage 1.
♠ Ongoing Stage 3 “1 Hand” SNG Satellites, $0.88 + $.08 (10 players), 1st place wins a seat to the 09:25 stage 2.
♠ Stage 1 Satellite $30+3 Turbo R/A, 1 seat for every $535 collected, daily at 16:45.
♠ Stage 2 Satellite $4+0.4 Turbo R/A, daily at 13:45, 1 seat for every $33 collected to the 16:45 stage 1.

♠ Ongoing Stage 3 “One Hand” SNG satellite, $0.44+$0.04 (5 players), 1st place wins a seat to the 19:00 stage 2.

Nuts Poker Super Satellite Tournament Terms and Conditions

1. First prizes at Super Satellites are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
2. Any individual player can win only one seat at a Super Satellite and the corresponding mainland Main Event.
3. Participants in Super Satellites must be at least 18 years of age, unless specified differently.
4. Players are responsible to have a valid passport and all other documentation
   necessary to participate in mainland poker tournaments.
5. Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to participate in Super Satellite promotions.
6. A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a tournament
   will not be eligible for Super Satellite promotions.
7. The use of offensive language at the tournaments will disqualify
   a player from participating in Super Satellite promotions.
8. Any player found colluding during the course of a tournament will be
   disqualified and his account will be frozen.
9. Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another
   player to win during the course of a tournament will have his account frozen.
10. Any withdrawals made on any winnings at the tournaments are subject
    to Nuts Poker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
11. By qualifying for Super Satellite promotions, players agree that their
    real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
12. By entering the Super Satellite promotions, players agree that, should
    they win a mainland poker tournament seat, they will wear Nuts Poker
    apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) in accordance with the instructions
    of Nuts Poker management.
13. Nuts Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Super Satellite Package as a direct or
    indirect result of accepting the mainland poker tournament seat.
14. All decisions made by the Nuts Poker management are final.
15. Nuts Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in a player's jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report his/her winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Nuts Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in a player's jurisdiction.
16. Nuts Poker has the right to stop its promotions, or change their conditions at any time.
